Eric + Tara :: Grand Volute Wedding

Tara and Eric were married at the Grand Volute Ballrooms in Lowell, Michigan, on May 19, 2012.  The sun was streaming through the doors and windows of the Grand Volute illuminating the beautiful staircase where they were about pledge their love to each other in front of family and friends.  They complement each other so well and love with a quiet assurance.  And their bridal party?  Supportive, yes...and lively!  We had a fabulous time!

Emily and I snuck away to a local park with the bride and groom for a few informal portraits :: a time to giggle, romance, and love on each other as newly married husband and wife.

Tara and Eric had an outdoor welcome to their reception featuring bubbles...

Grand Volute Ballroom.  Need I say more?  They are timeless and fit Tara and Eric's black and white theme perfectly.

And they had an indoor upbeat introduction as well!  We're here to get this party started!

Many toasts by dear friends and relatives that brought both laughter and happy tears.

Thankful for this unique angle while they cut their cake.

Clinking glasses for kisses?  Too cliche for Eric and Tara ;) -- their guests had to earn their kisses!  With SONG!

I'm a daddy's girl, and I love beautiful moments like this during the Father/Daughter dance.
